Join us for open swim for certified freedivers and mermaids. This is a great way to keep your skills fresh during the off-season.

Freedivers: Pair up with a buddy and work on static apnea, dynamic apnea, duck dives, finning techniques, and much more.

Mermaids: Practice all of your diving and fun skills. 

Cost: $10 per Session

Gear: Bring all your own gear.

Location: Frederick Douglass Pool, 940 Fernwood Park, Rochester, NY 14609. Pool heated. 

Requirements: Must be a certified freediver or mermaid through RU4Scuba, or you can bring your certification card from another agency or shop.
