Try Explorers (Ages 6-11+)
Join us for a 2-hour introduction class on our children's diving program—SSI Explorers. Learn some basics of snorkeling. See how we engage children in snorkeling, freediving, mermaid, and scuba diving. Swim with a certified mermaid, freediver, and scuba diver!

Course Description: The Try Explorers experience includes one two-hour pool session. Learn some basics of snorkeling. See how we engage children in snorkeling, freediving, mermaid, and scuba diving. Swim with a certified mermaid, freediver, and scuba diver!
Ages: 6 - 11+, Parents/Guardians can purchase their own admission to swim or watch from the pool deck.
Prerequisites: Child can safely swim 40 feet without buoyancy aids or assistance.
Materials We Provide: Mask, Fins, and Snorkel
Materials Needed for Class: Towel, Swimsuit, Water Bottle (no glass), Neoprene Socks (optional), Wetsuit or Thermal Layer (optional)
Recognition Badges: Participants will receive a digital Snorkel Diver recognition badge in their free DiveSSI app.
